Digital Products — Instant Delivery

All Tooldee products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

1. Nature of Our Products

Tooldee operates exclusively as a SaaS (Software as a Service) business. All our products — FocusDesk, Reviewly, and ChasePay — are digital software services delivered entirely over the internet. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Delivery Method

Instant Access

Access is granted immediately after successful payment processing via Razorpay.

Email Confirmation

A confirmation email with your account details and access link is sent to your registered email.

No Download Required

Our tools are cloud-based. Simply log in from any device with a web browser.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Upon successful payment: Your account is activated within seconds. Access is available immediately.
  • Confirmation email:Sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
  • If payment is delayed: In rare cases where bank processing takes time (e.g., UPI settlement delays), access is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Access Requirements

To access Tooldee products, you need:

  • A valid email address (used as your account login)
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest versions)
  • A stable internet connection

No additional software installation is required. Our products work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

5. No Physical Goods

Tooldee does not sell or ship any physical products. All transactions are for digital services only. Therefore, concepts like physical shipping charges, courier tracking, and delivery addresses do not apply to our business.

Since our products are digital, GST is applicable as per Indian tax regulations for digital services. Your invoice will clearly state applicable GST charges.

6. Subscription Renewal Delivery

For recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual), service continues uninterrupted upon successful renewal payment. You will receive a renewal confirmation email after each successful billing cycle.

7. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have made a successful payment but are unable to access our services, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
  2. Ensure you are using the email address used during checkout
  3. Wait up to 30 minutes for processing
  4. If still unresolved, contact us immediately
