We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

1. Our Refund Commitment

At Tooldee, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all paid subscriptions: FocusDesk Pro, Reviewly Starter, Reviewly Growth, Reviewly Business, ChasePay Pro, and ChasePay Business.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of your initial payment
  • This is your first subscription to the specific product
  • Your account is not found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has expired
  • Renewal charges (monthly or annual renewal payments)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Free plan usage (no charge, no refund applicable)
  • Partial billing periods after cancellation (unless within 7-day window)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@tooldee.app with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name]”
  2. Include your registered email address and the product name
  3. Optionally, share why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve)
  4. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approval: Refund requests are approved within 1 business day
  • Processing: Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval
  • Credit to account: Depending on your payment method:
    • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
    • Wallets: 1–3 business days

Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment partner. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day refund guarantee applies from the date of the first annual payment. The full annual amount is refunded if the request is within 7 days.

After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend trying on a monthly plan before committing to annual billing.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases — such as extended service downtime, billing errors, or other issues caused by Tooldee — we may offer refunds or credits beyond the standard 7-day window at our sole discretion. Please contact us to discuss.
